Use account image for "K-9 Accounts" widget

The app currently uses the app icon for the "K-9 Accounts" widget (really, a launcher shortcut). We should use the account image instead.

We want shortcuts to update when the user changes the image used for an account. Some research is needed on how to change the icon of an existing launcher shortcut.
