Add final onboarding screen

Add last screen of the onboarding flow (see design in [private] Figma).

The current design is not implementable at the moment, due to issues replicating the wave background.

We're going to close this issue for now, and will create a new issue when we revisit the onboarding flow. The screens as they were originally planned do not work for all screen sizes.
