  • [X] I will describe the problem with as much detail as possible.

App version

6.601

Where did you get the app from?

F-Droid

Android version

13

Device model

Asus Zenfone 9

Steps to reproduce

Choose account widget, put it on the home screen, and choose an account when asked. Choose account widget again, put it on the home screen, and choose a different account when asked.
Both widgets are labelled with their account name and everything works fine until now. Create a folder on the home screen and move the first widget into the folder. The label changes from the account name to "K-9 Mail". When moving the second widget into the folder, it disappears.

Expected behavior

The widget should provide the same look and behavior like outside a folder.

Actual behavior

The label changes from the account name to "K-9 Mail". When moving the second widget into the folder, it disappears.

Hello Dear,

I have been trying to reproduce the issue you described ((in Samsung A6, Android 10)), but I am having difficulty doing so. I was wondering if you could provide me with more information on the scenario you experienced in order to help us resolve the issue.

Specifically, could you please provide me with more details on how to reproduce the issue, as well as any other information that could be helpful in diagnosing and fixing the bug?

could you attach a picture or video for this scenario?

Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time Husain

hi @Chefche Can you answer me please? Do you still see the bug in the latest version?

Latest version is 6.804? Unfortunately still the same behavior. Might it behave like this due to something special with the Asus launcher?

This bug does not occur for me. That is, in step 4, my phone does not allow me to create an empty folder. (Samsung A6 - Android 10) But I can create a folder by selecting 2 widgets of those two accounts, and put both of them in the same folder. Of course, even in this case, the bug does not occur for me and everything works properly.
