Steps to reproduce

1. View INBOX
2. Click on search
3. Enter a search keyword
4. Results in a mix up of found mails from all available folders

Expected behavior

Shows found mails in INBOX (viewed folder) and not all folders.

Actual behavior

Searches for mails in all folders and not sure if there is any server search. The update notification tells that there would be the need for the 2nd step to do server search. But there isn't any button for server search in the current version.

I can't reproduce this bug. Are you sure you're starting the search in the Inbox of an account and not the Unified Inbox?

Can you provide a video of the behavior you're observing?

Yes, it has been in the Inbox and also tried to search different folders. I've only one IMAP account.

But seems to work now. I can't reproduce it in the moment. Maybe there has been a problem with the K9 service running and some data mismatch to the new version?

The server search button is also back now.

Would reopen if I get the problem again. Thanks.

I got it again.
It opens the search results for folder in background and above 2nd layer with the search results for inbox, which hides the correct one. So I see search results for Inbox, tap the back button and see correct search results for the folder where I started the search. Not sure why this occurs now again, the whole time before searches have been no problem and I use it regularly.
