Don't crash if "Android System WebView" app was disabled

Sometimes users disable the "Android System WebView" app. In that case K-9 Mail crashes when trying to open a message for viewing.

We should catch this exception and display an error message instead.

Would love to see this get fixed. Facing the same issue while try to get the app on a system without webview.

This app crashes when Android System WebView is disabled. Other apps are able to use WebView function provided by a installed browser like Firefox or a fork of it.

It is strange, that this does not work with a mail-app maintained by Mozilla.

Please fix this as soon as possible.
