Export attachments only and without using subfolders per message
I have many thousands of emails which I want to export their attachments. I can't find a way to export the attachments in a nice way. The closest option I found is to right-click on the folder containing the messages, then select ImportExportTools NG -> Export All Messages in Folder -> Plain Text Format -> Messages with Attachments and Index
But what this does is to put attachments in a different folder per message. So if the main folder has 10000 messages, it will create 10000 folders each with the attachments in them. Which is not very useful in some cases. I would like all attachments to be exported on the same folder and automatically resolve same names without overwriting.. Is it possible to add this option?
@PanosChtz I personally don't like the OA's method of the attachment folders, although everyone may have different opinions. After the 128 release I will be starting a major rewrite, PDF export first. Part of that exercise will involve looking at these things with attachments. @cleidigh
