FEATURE REQUEST: Markdown

I'd like to be able to export my notes in Markdown format (MD). That would allow for archiving of emails that can then be easily read later with various note-management software options, like Joplin and Obsidian.

(I also echo the requests to export attachments...but if you don't export the attachments, it would be good for the Markdown file to at least include the filenames of all attachments so the end user knows what he's looking for on his computer.)
