Select a directory where searching the mbox files to import (also in subdirectories) ignores subdirectories tree structure

I apologize in advance if this is expected behavior and not a bug. My understanding of this feature could be wrong.

Thunderbird 78.8.1 (64-bit) Ubuntu 18.04.5, kernel 5.4.0-67 ImportExportTools NG version 10.0.4, last updated March 11, 2021

steps to duplicate:

1. right click on Local Folders, choose ImportExportTools NG, import mbox file, Select a directory where searching the mbox files to import (also in subdirectories)
2. select folder that contains multiple mbox files with corresponding folders that have .sbd extensions to import

the subfolders tree structure is ignored and all subfolders are imported on the same level under Local Folders, I was expecting the subfolders tree to be recreated during this import.

@rbrdvr from your description I think the issue is you are selecting "Local folders" what you want to do is create an import folder under LF and select that directory it should then create sub folders Christopher
