missing time HHmm with export ${date} (default)

Documentation (german): ${date} Das Standard-Datumsformat ist JJJJMMTTHHmm: 202011060808

Export to eml has only JJJJMMTT: 20201106 the values for TTHHmm is missing

old ImportExportTools version 3.3.2 has an extra check box for the time "Uhrzeit zum Datum hinzufügen" (add time to date) InkedIOTool_LI

new ImportExportTools NG version 10.0.4 missing these checkbox IOTool_10

And yes, I can make custom format, but that's not the point. Thank you
