No files exported
Hi! I need to export a file, and none of the files are moving. I've tried zip, csv, html with attachments, and the folders appear in my google drive, but no contents. Can you help?
@micaela2 thanks for posting sorry for the issues can you give the details vversions etc. also describe a bit more exactly what you are doing and if you have checked the error console Christopher
I have a similar problem: I have installed ImportExportTools NG 10.0.4 on Thunderbird 78.6.0 (32-Bit) on Windows 7 (sorry, should have Windows 10 by now, I know), and an IMAP connection with my mailbox on an external server. I right-click a folder in Thunderbird that has sub-folders, click ImportExportTools NG, and click "export non-local folder" (sorry, my translation, it is in German - the fifth entry from top. Export is done immediately, but the file created hat only the folder name, no .mbox extension, and 0 bytes.
If I choose the third entry from top (folder with sub-folder (with hirarchy) from the menu, I get a warning: only local folders (which is not what I want, but nevertheless), a .sbd-folder is created. The files inside do have content, but no extensions. I have not tested re-import. How do I export from the external server?

If you need more details @cleidigh, just tell me and I can provide (I can reproduce the issue here).
@JaderCM thanks for the post, we will figure out. can you describe the sequence of operations (menu selections, folder selections et cetera) also can you capture anything in the error console. as you see unfortunately the exception is quite generic Christopher
Any steps that guides to "Export all messages in the folder" causes this behaviour.
For instance: "Right click any folder" - "ImportExportNGTools NG" - "Export all messages in the folder" - "EML format"
No error in console, as you can see, the function exportAllMsgsDelayed returns ignoring the exception on exportTools.js line 526.
It exports only 10 messages from a folder containing 1300s messages. Similar situation does not happen to another folder.
Is it because those messages that haven't been read have not been downloaded?
