WIP - Update build instructions related to Linux and overall builds

These changes aim to update the Getting Started page, Building Thunderbird page, and the specific build instructions for both Linus and Mac.

This PR is meant as a replacement for the app.gitbook.com change request "#639: Fix up Mac + Linux build instructions", simply because this PR workflow is much smoother.

I believe the Linux build instructions are complete. I still need to make the macbook changes that will be very similar, but I've just run out of time today and I go on PTO for the next few days. I'll pick this back up to finish Monday.
