Adding configurations for IONOS MX endpoints.

Hi Hagen, thanks for the configs.

However, as a policy, we generally accept only one config per ISP. (There are a few exceptions, which we're going to try to remove from the database.) Please take as an example yahoo.com, hotmail.com and gmail.

I can see that all the email domains end up at the same mail servers. Therefore, all these configs should be united into one config, with the various email domains like ionos.it, ionos.mx, ionos.co.uk etc. as <domain>s.

Can you please let me know whether a user with @ionos.com or @ionos.co.uk or @ionos.it email address would be able to log in to imap.ionos.de ? I'm not asking whether that's the desired configuration by the ISP, just whether it would work technically.

If you could provide test accounts for a few country domains, that would be appreciated. My email address is ben.bucksch (at) beonex.com . What is yours?

From what I can see, you seem to have 2 infrastructures: One for Europe, including UK, and one for North America, including US and Mexico. (That matches the infrastructure of GMX, which is the same company group.) So, it would seem that 2 configs would be sufficient. Is that correct?

I created this suggestion for the german ionos (I didn't know about the other ones then): https://github.com/thunderbird/autoconfig/blob/f0712959144ca49370366a8207c60fecb1079ccb/ispdb/ionos.de.xml

Are you still interested in improving this PR, else I might make a new one and merge the changes :) Webmail URL is now https://id.ionos.de/identifier and the loginButton has a new id button--with-loader

Then about the domains: Is schlund.de IONOS or 1&1? (imap.1und1.de vs imap.ionos.de) It says hosting in the code comment here, so the PR should probably remove these lines: https://github.com/thunderbird/autoconfig/blob/master/ispdb/1und1.de.xml#L13-L14

where is your source for these domains? (or because you work at IONOS?):

1and1.co.uk
oneandone.co.uk
1and1.com
perfora.net
1and1.es
clienteservidor.es
1and1.fr
unetun.com
1and1.it
servercliente.it
1and1.mx
