Track downloads for add-ons.

This is low priority, but eventually if we move the main addons.thunderbird.net CDN from Cloudflare to Cloudfront, we could parse those logs to restore download stats. Cloudflare does not provide access to logs, so currently this isn't possible.

This is an offshoot of Issue #4.
