RSS feeds on Version History pages does not seem to work properly anymore
For example, on https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/xpunge/versions/ page, the RSS feed: https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/xpunge/versions/format:rss has problems in:
W3C Feed Validation Service: "Server returned HTTP Error 403: Forbidden"
Feedly: "Feed not found. Wrong feed URL or dead feed"
InoReader: "The URL returned 403 Forbidden (The server understood the request but refuses to authorize it.)"
Feeds from different addon version history pages were working fine for many years, but recently stopped working in feed readers.
Ok, I think I know why the feeds can't be reached by various services that try to read them. Your website is using Cloudflare protection, right? It seems to block access to the feeds for some services.
If you check a feed with another feed validator, RSS Advisory Board, you can see an output of what the validator sees when it connects to the feed URL. It's a long text so I won't post it here, check the link, but it has a "cRay" string in it, which I believe is a Cloudflare Ray ID. Cancerflare strikes again, killing internet, bit by bit.
I've added an exception for these URLs that should help for the time being. Unfortunately ATN gets heavily spammed by bots at all times, and so we've had to increase restrictions on it. We have a longer term solution to this problem but it won't go live for a few more weeks.
