What happened?

Just tried to upload a minor update to an extension after successfully uploading another update (different version number). I've tried using both web-ext and the web GUI, with similar results.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the update to get validated and published.

Anything else we should know?

(Please include a link to the page, screenshots and any relevant files.) Looks similar to #56.
