Profile photo is never updated at thunderbird.net

Describe the problem and steps to reproduce it:

I replaced the photo on my profile at thunderbird.net five months ago, but the old photo is not deleted and in fact continues to be show publicly as my profile photo: https://addons.thunderbird.net/es/thunderbird/user/ignacio-agullo/

If I log in, still the old photo is shown at this address.

If I log in, place the cursos over my name, wait for the pull-down menu to appear, and click on 'my profile', then I arrive to a different URL and my new photo is there: https://addons.thunderbird.net/es/thunderbird/user/anonymous-201f9da706500a1247baf8b3b538ff70/

At first I thought that it was a matter of an unupdated server cache that would be automatically updated soon, but after five months there is no doubt that this is an issue.

What happened?

Old photo, showing myself in front of a tree with no leaves, is not deleted and still shown in my public profile.

What did you expect to happen?

Old photo deleted and new photo, showing myself in front of a tree with leaves, shown in my public profile.
