Language name for oc-es should not be "Occitan (Lengadocian)" but "Occitan (Aranese)" / "Aranese"

The language name for oc is incorrect, according to the report at https://github.com/mdn/content/issues/11868

Currently, https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/language-tools/ shows:

• Occitan (Lengadocian) occitan (lengadocian) (oc-es) Download Dictionary (2.2 MiB)
• Occitan (Lengadocian) occitan (lengadocian) Download Dictionary (184.9 KiB)

The first one (oc-es) should be called "Occitan (Aranese)" or just Aranese. See https://github.com/mdn/content/issues/11868 for a slightly longer conversation for context.

Not sure if it does anything, but the strings appear in the following place: https://github.com/thundernest/addons-server/blob/e7c4ce33fea6697c3327a07638062e0a311a93fa/src/olympia/lib/product_json/languages.json#L438-L440

I didn't find the source of "oc-es" though.
