Build failed on link step than openal devel packats not installed on linux

Description

Than I have not installed openal develop packets build failed on link state because used headers from thurdparty

Than development packets installed - no any failures

But it confuse a little than lib installed and linker failed.

Prerequisites

Linux, not installed openal development packets

Steps to Reproduce

Try build project with not installed openal development packats

Expected behavior:

Build failed on compiling step

Actual behavior:

Build failed on link state

Reproducibility:
