Render: Batching manager for the static geometry
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To decrease the number of a draw calls it would be nice to have a batching manager for the static geometry.
Describe the solution you'd like
Batching manager will trigger at the beginning of a map initialization. It will find all MeshRender's which was marked as static in the Transform components and will try to merge geometry in the batches based on materials and textures principle.
Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
This approach will require additional property in the Transform component - "Is static" which will be disabled by the default.
