Thanks for the report!

This is likely due to the number of large images within the post body. Thunder loads the images once they're ready, which can cause layout jank (such as this case). Looking at the images themselves, they seem to be quite large (~10,000 kB - ~15,000 kB) in size

Since Thunder doesn't have the dimensions of the images beforehand, it doesn't know how much vertical space to set aside for the images.

Do you mean the markdown toolbar? Or the comment area (e.g., where you type in the comment)?

The markdown toolbar should be locked in place (e.g., above the keyboard). The comment area sits below the post/comment preview box.
