no way to exit video posts on ipad

Bug Description

On iPad, there is no back or exit button to leave a video post. As applied has no gesture for back, like android, a button is needed.

Gestures like swiping (which works for image posts) don't work.

Expected Behaviour

When a video post is loaded, an X to close or a back button should show on screen when media controls are visible.

Steps to Reproduce

Tried on 2 iPads of different generations.

Open any video post.

Thanks for the report! I tried this myself and I can reproduce in landscape mode, but I do see the back button in portrait mode, so maybe you can use that as a workaround.

P.S. The fullscreen button in the video player seems to do nothing on the iPad.

Oh, I never thought to check portrait mode, I have it locked in landscape. Good to know there is a workaround. Thanks.

Thanks again for submitting the bug report!

I've applied a fix which should resolve this issue (see #1749). Just a quick note on this, the issue only seems to affect the YouTube player and not Thunder's built-in player.
