While scrolling in one specific place in the comments of one specific post, it keeps scrolling back up

Bug Description

This hasn't happened before in any other post but in one post, when I was scrolling in the comments, there was one point where it kept scrolling back down while I was trying to scroll up. I don't know how to explain it better but I made a screen recording of it. The title of this issue is also not great but I didn't know how else to describe it.

Expected Behaviour

It should just scroll without doing this.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open this post
2. Scroll down to where I was in the video
3. Try to scroll up

I was able to reproduce it but I'm not sure what the underlying cause is at the moment - it could be related with the images in the comments.
