☂️ Support for Lemmy v1.0.0

This is an umbrella issue to track overall changes to support the upcoming Lemmy v1.0.0. There have been a ton of breaking changes and features with this new version that need to be addressed. For those who are creating features or issues related to the upcoming version, please create them as a sub-issue to better track them!

Additional Context

Ideally, we need to be able to support v0.19.x versions alongside v1.0.x versions. This will be somewhat tricky due to all the backend changes that have happened between these two versions.

We'll likely drop official support for 0.18.x versions as the overhead for supporting these versions might be too high.
