Comment Navigation is enabled even when option is disabled.

Bug Description

'Enable comment navigation' option in settings is disabled, but comment navigation buttons are still present after app has been restarted.

Comment navigation buttons are disabled

Steps to Reproduce

Disable comment navigation. Open a post.

Additionally, I am unable to get FAB to show up within posts no matter what combination of options I select.

I believe this is related to https://github.com/thunder-app/thunder/issues/1803 and was recently fixed in https://github.com/thunder-app/thunder/pull/1810! (not yet released as part of a nightly)
