RFC: Installers overhaul

[Roman's template](https://github.com/Nice3point/RevitTemplates) has a nice example of WixSharp config, but that is not the simplest one. Our internal addin also uses wixsharp so I could help with the transition.

PR: Parameter Export Mapping

Any updates on this? Is it only me, or a general issue? Any workaround suggestions?

ENH: ObjectType export value

I have similar thoughts about the Reference property in multiple Psets. There is no way to disable filling it with FamilyName:TypeName.
