Custom Sizes

I searched to see if this has been asked, but didn't find anything.

I noticed that there isn't a method to set custom sizes (In dompdf set_paper()) besides using what is specified in cpdf_adapter.cls.php (https://code.google.com/p/dompdf/source/browse/trunk/dompdf/include/cpdf_adapter.cls.php#33). I see set_paper is referenced in Pdf.php, but is private. How does one use a custom pt size not referenced/existing in config?

In this example, I would be creating a US business card size
