Refresh Patches.

Hi. I tested Minstrel Blues in a Mikrotik SXT Lite 5 and old x86 PC working such router. In my tests the average performance is good, and stability of wireless signal is a rock. My environment is really noise, and before used Minstrel Blues my connection drop constantly when much people connected.

Take note I have not managed to adapt the patches that implement the Mintrel-Blues algorithm as such, but the others. Please don't let this project die, it promises a lot.

Hi David,

Minstrel-Blues was too silent in the last years actually ... and I will get back on track in August. So as I have some rewriting ahead to achive the final goal of merging joint rate&power control into upstream, I am goint to keep your refresh patches as they are for now ... and it would be glad to have you testing the new code as soon as I have push it. Hi there,

Seems these patches are stale again; against OpenWrt master. Attached the .rej files and the output of nohup make -j9 V=sc & on the OpenWrt master tree with all patches in place.
