No longer working

Seems an update to either vscode (or some other extension) has broken this (quite recently for me). Tells me that ⌘-K, V is not a command even though it is listed in the key bindings. ⌘-Shift-V does nothing.

Any suggestions on how to track down the problem?

I have the same problem, on a Windows Computer. Error message with Ctrl+K, V: "The key combination CTRL+K V is not a command."

Using CTRL+Shift+V copies something into my program.

I have disabled all other extensions and this is a new install (only a few days old)
