Allow file offset?

I just dumped one of my games (Enter The Matrix; redump-conforming ISO) is actually offset 198144 x 2048 bytes. I can't yet remember why that is yet, and I'll have to check wether this holds true for all games. There should possibly be an option to work with these files. Either hardcoding that offset ~~(if I remember where it comes from)~~, or giving the option to load a file with offset.

//Edit: The PSN for datastart in the SS is 0x060600, with DVD Layerbreak at 0x030000 we get LSN 0x030600 = 198144
