Bug: dead link to installation guide pdf

Hi, the link in README.md to the guide for installing the apk (https://innovate.it.miami.edu/_assets/pdf/tutorial-for-installing-app.pdf) doesn't work anymore. You get redirected to the universitiy's main page now.
