pf support isn't detected

Hey, I set up an OpenBSD server to use the plugin - sadly the pf support is broken on recent (5.8/5.9) OpenBSD. Compiling manually shows

checking for BSD pf(4) support... no
configure: WARNING: pf(4) table support will not be included.
