Add ability to manage Gateway and DomainName objects

If you create a workload with Gateway and DomainName dependencies using the workload defined instance abstraction. If you want to delete and re-create it with the same config, you can't. It fails trying to create an existing gateway definition which cannot be deleted with tptctl.
