Buttons not rendering with skeleton framework style.

I can't seem to get button elements to render in my app with the style from the skeleton framework through glamor/ous, everything else like the typography and grid system is working though. What am I doing wrong?

Discovered this while preparing examples for glamor-ous (#206), maybe we can fix this while v3 transition.
