Manufacturer defect and replacement of IRF510 in usdr qrp transceiver.

I purchased the USDR QRP Tranceivers radio. Unfortunately, the radio never worked on broadcast. When I opened the device, I noticed that the IRF 510 component was not correctly soldered to the circuit. 1 pin was not soldered. See in PJ. I am looking for the diagram of the electronic circuit of this uSDR QRP Transciever device ? (10 watt model with external power supply). Do you have ? What do you think about this problem ?
