Everything on web.threema.ch draggable

Expected Behavior

Make only files, images, videos draggable and "droppable".

Current Behavior

Every image (e.g. profile picture), every URL, every selected text, etc. on web.threema.ch is draggable. However, you cannot drop it. Not even the profile pictures.

Hmm, at least the background pic is not, anymore. (https://github.com/threema-ch/threema-web/pull/425) But that solution may not be a good one for all things, which can be dragged there.
