Vivaldi does not play voice messages

Bug Description

Voice messages don't play on Vivaldi. The timer shows zero and pressing the play button does not trigger audio being played out.

(Report came via an internal support ticket.)

Probably the same issue as #314. I assume it's a codec issue.

We could perhaps detect that but not something I'd put priority on for now.
