Contract is not getting billed

User reported that their contract 523759 on mainnet was not causing any billing.

Upon investigation it indeed seems to be the case. This contract has resources reserved on an active node, but not a one bill report.

I checked the node's logs and didn't find anything suspicious. Seems this contract is correctly recognized and being treated normally by the node:

Update: I Requested validator logs from the ops

Although this is no longer relevant since the contract was canceled by the user, a pull request under review should address these types of issues.

Since we won't be able to verify against the canceled contract, I'll go ahead and close this one.
