Allow farmers to put their node in 'maintenance mode'

Would be a good feature to have, asked by community & approved by @despiegk

Farmers should be able to put their node(s) in maintenance mode for planned improvements / updates. This way it will not affect their uptime and we won't risk farmers shutting down their node for the entire month bc they won't meet the minimal uptime requirement.
