reproduces the bug `static_assert ((((1))));` but `static_assert (((1)));` but on windows it does not reproduce. and on linux it is not reproducing.

(the switch case was replaces by labels to support c2y case ranges. but I am considering using switch when case ranges is not used)

No support for gcc-style `-isystem`

I never used -isystem . it would be easier to make it a synonym of -I but other than that I need to understand better what it does.
