Windows 7 Compatability

My project works as expected on Win7/Win10 when compiled with v2.1-alpha 9.

Compiling with v2.1-alpha 18 works on Win10, but does not launch on Win7.

The process is created, but the process never displays my GUI and sits at 25% CPU usage.

Compiling with 2.0.19 works on Win7/Win10.

After alpha.9, _WIN32_WINNT is set to _WIN32_WINNT_WIN10, this caused the import function GetProcessImageFileNameW to be changed to K32GetProcessImageFileNameW, which doesn't seem to exist in win7. I don't know if there are any other effects.
