Add client-side image filtering

We have a forceNSFW for on-chain filtering. That's probably still a good idea, but we should just do some client-side filtering for more transient things like images that are too large.

This is getting ridiculous:

I imagine a .json file somewhere that people can send a PR against to unfilter themselves.
