Talisman specific environment setup in separate talisman_env.(bash/zsh/sh)

We can have separate talisman_env.(bash/zsh/sh) script where we can setup talisman specific environment variables and source this script into respective shell init scripts.

This should be closed now, right? The talisman specific variables are now put in together in rc file

@harinee , I think it's still not implemented. As far as i know we are still modifying the things directly in the shell init scripts.
