Plans for Azure Pipelines intergration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Azure is a popular CI provider with Azure Pipelines. This would be a high value integration.

Has this integration been investigated and if so is this open to work on?

What interfaces would need to be implemented? I had a look at the jenkins/feign and bamboo/feign client and the methods are not the same? (You can find me on google chat martin.picard if you have time/want to ping/zoom me)
