Feature Request: Allow Dynamic Quadrants

The current version of Radar supports 4 quadrants in Adopt, Trial, Hold & Exit. Allow additional quadrants to be created and render the visualisation using dynamic quadrants.

This can be set to the max limit of 6 or 8. There might be a need for some teams to have additional quadrants.
