[feat] Allow removing charts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Once you add a graph, it can't be removed without editing the URL.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a button to remove a single chart.

Additional context This can be implemented as a generic "collection" component and resused between analysis and chart panels.
