URLs not converted to links

My expectation is that if I include a URL in a post, it will automatically be converted into a link, but this is not the case.

@cpytel our markdown parser isn't that smart yet, but I know the preview shows them as URLs that can be clicked 😞.

In the meantime, surrounding the url with <> should work:

<https://thoughtbot.com>

https://thoughtbot.com

It's not a fix for this issue, but something that might work in the meantime.
