Missing examples with new components

Issue

New components (especially jira ones) need volumes or configmaps with the config files attached. We need to provide examples on how to use them.

Expected behaviour

Someone unfamiliar with dracon needs to be very familiar with k8s to use jira consumer and other components

Actual behaviour

It's hard to use these components
