Long preamble doesn't work with RanginTag and RangingAnchor example sketches.

This is due to the fact that delay is set to 3000 (us) and long preambles need more time to transmit. We tried with 5000 and it works well (with 4096 preamble). Hope this helps people struggling with this problem.
