Store checksums for distributed files

Enhance datamodel to allow: checksums to be stored at the publication/platform level for each publication distributed Include "date when file checksum created" and " date checksum of file on platform last confirmed"

These features will allow transparent monitoring of file validity and archiving processes. Check with OBF(WP7) about any other metadata fields that should to be included at the same time.
