No encoder/decoder for 'T seq

Cannot generate auto encoder for System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable`1['t]. Please pass an extra encoder.

I closed this issue by error. I am re-opening it because I can't find a way to support it in Thoth.Json.Net and both library should support the same set of features by default.
